Afin que vous puissiez d\u00e9couvrir une technique ou l\u2019approfondir, seront propos\u00e9s durant 3 jours : des cours de yoga de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, kundalini yoga, pilate, yoga tib\u00e9tain, yangshen, Qi Gong ou encore Tai chi chuan, d\u2019une dur\u00e9e de 1h \u00e0 1h30 toute la journ\u00e9e (soit une quinzaine de cours pendant toute la dur\u00e9e du salon).<\/p>\n
Les cours seront anim\u00e9s par des associations nantaises et se tiendront sur un espace ouvert au coeur du salon. Ils pourront accueillir environ 70 personnes.<\/p>\n
Adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 chacun selon son niveau, ils s\u2019adresseront aux d\u00e9butants comme aux pratiquants confirm\u00e9s. Des tapis de yoga seront mis \u00e0 la disposition.<\/p>\n
